Add more for paint and install. Ultimate cost will come down to how OCD the OP is about his conversion. Note that if the parts are painted from the factory, it is unlikely the color shade will exactly match the color shade of your car. You can pay a competent painter to match your car exactly. Fitment shouldn't be an issue, but that doesn't mean it won't be
You're correct. This is just for front and rear conversion. The $1,950 includes paint so it'll be $1,450 without paint and $1,150 without the LED lights. I did the installation by myself, which is a lot easier than you think. Side skirt is ridiculously expensive (easily $900+). Really not worth it IMO for what it represent. I personally don't like spoiler on my Z so I never really considered getting one.

Nismo body kit DIY install will be much easier than any aftermarket body kit for sure

But some people still have some minor fitment issues. It bothers some people but not others, so it's really dependent on the owner. Same with the paint ... even factory painted OEM parts can have paint shades that are slightly different for the same color. Again, it bothers some people and not others. I met a guy that had three different shades of OEM Magnetic Black on his car - all factory painted. It looked ridiculous lol

My paint matched quite well. Not perfect but it's very close. Than again, factory paint isn't a 100% match either. I think fitment issue occurs when people don't buy the factory OEM parts. And when people are referring to fitment issue, I'm almost positive they're referring the fender gaps because they didn't purchase the fender liners and under tray.
