Easy 12V constant and 12V switched to tap into?

The start (ignition) fuse I think is the only one in the drive side fuse box that has constant power. I have power for my homelink mirror wired to it

I have power for my homelink mirror wired to it so I can open/close the garage door without the car having to be on.
