hey guys just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this it is like a burnt spot on my headlight (clear lens) you can see it a bit brown and it feels like a little bump(s) you can see it really good in the last picture.

That looks like something hit the lens and left a mark. Your only bet is to sand the lens down and see if you can get rid of the mark. It would be the same process as wetsanding a light to get rid of any oxidation. I also recommend doing it to the other headlight as well so the finishes match side to side.
