hey guys just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this it is like a burnt spot on my headlight (clear lens) you can see it a bit brown and

Burnt spot on headlight

hey guys just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this it is like a burnt spot on my headlight (clear lens) you can see it a bit brown and it feels like a little bump(s) you can see it really good in the last picture.
