Default Black Cat Fuel Gauge Overlay Install Procedure?

I contacted Black Cat yesterday concerning their black fuel gauge overlay. I was told permanent modifications needed to be made to the OE gauge and that they made a handful of overlay's; however, don't provide instructions. I've searched here as well as the DIY section to no avail. Does anyone know what's required to installed the Black Cat overlay? Thanks for any help you can lend!

looks like you need to remove your speedo cluster, disassemble it and then overlay the sticker on your existing gauges while the pin is in.

Thanks, I did a new search for "overlay" and found the following which is not worth the amount of work IMO. DIY: Interior LED Color Change

You can simply slap it on, but it won't look good at night. I took it apart because I was changing the LEDs. What you can do is simply get paint thinner and cotton swab, and strip away the paint on the labels so the lighting can shine through it better. Then apply the overlay. It's a permanent mod.
