stick to the dash please..

Have you tried the HVB on the dash? For some reason nothing want to stick to it. I had literally washed the dash to rid of oils and such to

I had literally washed the dash to rid of oils and such to get things to stick better. And if you have, where can I get this stiff? Not sure if that denture holder works but if it sticks, I'll get some. I'm seriously having a hard time getting things to stick and stay.
