What should I pay for F/R Bumper Paint & Install?

I had a bumper repainted and a muffler tip repaired for 600 cash on a previous car, the NYC area typically has high labor rates so factor that in too.

If it's a simple color, not pearl which, it's should be around that range for a decent job.
