What are you using for a Phone mount?

Yup..exactly what I did... it all physically fit in there but I just couldn't get it to work the way I wanted.

Gotcha. I will give it a go and see what I can come up with. I'll have to see what my note 8 does with the newest charger setup. I have one but don't want to destroy it if I don't have to. Thanks for the heads up.

And I am back to taking it apart again. The N45 magnet is was great with a Samsung S7, I got the Note 8 after I put the car away for winter. Any little bump and it falls right off. So now to find a stronger magnet.

I envision anything metal being sucked to my dash now.....

Used old dashcam mount and vent mount
Fits well on side of console
