It is a direct replacement, if you're talking about using the wire harness right next to the fog light then no I don't believe you can wire to that because

It is a direct replacement, if you're talking about using the wire harness right next to the fog light then no I don't believe you can wire to that because you need the positive from the tail light because the new LED fog light actually functions as a brake light getting brighter when braking. As well as functional reverse lights. Hope this helps
