I never use that on shift knobs. I'd rather want to be able to take the knob off and bring it with me if im in a bad neighborhood.. keep

I never use that on shift knobs. I'd rather want to be able to take the knob off and bring it with me if im in a bad neighborhood.. keep it safe. Kinda like some steering wheels lol. Plus if I ever interchange my shift knobs.
the washer gives enough lift and can be removed easier than Loctite it to the shifter. Unless these new knobs don't come threaded. Idk about that. It should though.
