Default Rear Fog Light question

We have a 2013 370Z in our Body Shop. He was rear ended so we had to remove the rear bumper cover for starters. There is that lower/center mounted reflector which I am pretty sure is a rear Fog Light on Euro models. Surprising to me, there is a wire running all the way to that reflector plugged into a dummy connector. Does this mean these cars are pre wired for the rear fog light from the factory? AND, does anyone know where the other end of this wire is in the cockpit?
Thanks in advance for any insight..
