That looks awesome! How did you do it? Spray paint or what? Also how long have you had it like that and have you had any issues with it rubbing off? Thanks in advance.

I used paint on everything except the radio console for which I used Plasti (wanted a texture there). The most important thing is to prep the pieces properly, I always use an ultra fine sand paper then rub down thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Also once I finish the last coat of paint I apply a very light coat or 2 of clear coat (not enough to make it shiny). As for taking the pieces apart, there is DIYs on here for that and the areas you cant find DIY for you just have to figure it out. The triple gauge cluster is the trickiest and the rear strut brace requires you to remove basically every interior panel from the console back lol. If you knock it out 1 thing at a time its not bad, and as for wear/chiping no issues if prep and paint are done properly..

I assume you lose the ability to read the words on the steering wheel controls, correct?

Looks great! If you look at my mods album right now, which I need to update, you'll see that I have mine 3M vinyl wrapped flat black along with the front splitter and rear diffuser too. I plan to stick with flat black instead of the metallic black that you have just to cover my bases on matching in the future (addition of new pieces at a later time, or fading, peeling, cracking - basically any point where I might have to redo a piece). Only downside to the vinyl method is that you are kinda limited when it comes to the inside part that you would have to prop open if you were to spray them. What side blade is that in the first picture though, the OEM '14 Nismo?

Thanks for the details. Unfortunately I don't posses the time for this right now, ~50+ hours a week at work Looks like I'll just have to get all of the smoked Nismo pieces and put them on my Christmas list I'll update as I knock them out, one by one.
