Ok so all 3wires connected on the car, black on black, red on red and green on white. The red wire is giving 12v all the time and the white/green

Ok so all 3wires connected on the car, black on black, red on red and green on white. The red wire is giving 12v all the time and the white/green wire give 12v when brake is applied.
One thing I notice is that my car is, for some reason, with light off and brake pedal off, is having the fog light fully light up and oem tail light like i was on day running light mode (half the intensity of the brake light) |
