[Help] driver side headlight cutoff beam problem..

Did you touch the bulb by chance? Or is there anything on the outside of the headlamp? I know mine has some knicks and stuff, maybe there's a scratch or

I've noticed the drivers side is lower, which annoys me, but I haven't changed it in three years so... yeah.
