Do these work with the 2013+ standard DRL harnesses?

I read through the thread, would there be any possibility for these to come with a lens for an additional fee? I'm considering getting a Nismo front bumper for my '12 Sport and looking it options outside the DRLs

Those are LED eagle eyes that can be had on eBay for a couple dollars. I use them for my fog lights and they usually last for about 1 year before needing to be swapped with new ones.
