Removing the Trunk Interior on a 370Z -> Z1 Motorsports

this weekend i was putting in some insulation to reduce the road noise.. i happen to find these 2 air vents.. just curious if you guys noticed these and if

Default Air Vents in rear, cause of noise ?

this weekend i was putting in some insulation to reduce the road noise.. i happen to find these 2 air vents.. just curious if you guys noticed these and if you guys covered them up... both rears have this vent and im thinking alot of air and road noise is coming from there.. any thoughts...

Don't close them off. They're vents so when close a door or hatch the air can escape. You don't want to blow a window out.
