There's another thread here somewhere where Cincity failed to deliver after similar payments and lots of ignored emails and phone calls.... I hate to say it, but.......
(maybe you'll be luckier......Unfortunately you're out the money with no chances of re-couping it if it goes bad). Paypal and Credit cards charge 2.5-3%. Most (all) legitimate businesses build this into their pricing structure and at least offer you some protection....A business asking for a Money order. a direct bank or Western Union transfer is a LARGE red flag.
