Just FYI - They can only do configurations you can set up on the web site...
I emailed them trying to get the the setup in the OP, but with quilted insert instead of perforated (normally, the quilted insert also adds a quilted insert on the headrest, and piping instead of double-stitch on the body -- see quilted setup earlier in this thread)..
