5Zigen dropped the ball on this one. There were feeling rushed with the forthcoming slew of new exhausts for the 370Z, they didn't want to lose a lot of money with competition I bet.. so they started promising their vendors exhausts to sell way back when, and vendors are left looking like clowns when 5Zigen could not deliver.

These exhausts were delivered on the 5th to both customers, delays happen esepecially when shipping from Japan to Here via Boat.
Regardless our customers are and were always taken care of and this exhaust still ROCKS! Thank you guys for the support, please post pics and or vids!
