There's a menu for turning of DTC codes in uprev -- make sure the one for 2ndary O2 is turned OFF.
See further p. 16 of http://uprev.com/UpdateFiles/softwar...er%20Guide.pdf However, I would also make sure that you really aren't running too lean. Probably just the lack of cats, but, you might still be running a tad lean given the improved flow.
