Factory Coolant Gauge Readings

Thanks for the info. Those who follow their coolant temps via proper gauges/scan tools, what do you normally see?

190-200 F (as measured via ScanGuageII) seems to be where mine usually runs.

With a SC intercooler and CSF radiator I have sat in 60-80 degree weather below 205 and over around 200 when just driving, traffic I can get in to the 210+ depending on how heavy. With hooter temps in Houston now, I can push 205-210 normal but it seems to sit there while cruising unless I hit traffic.
