Clutch slap problem

almost sounds like you are describing gear lash/drivetrain slop which is completely normal Shifts when the tranny oil is comparatively cold can also be what you might be calling "sticking"

a more detailed explanation would be helpful, sticky and "slapping" are kinda open to interpretation

I've read some posts on this since and it maybe normal after the clutch get broken in or maybe crappy oem clutch
