Default oil build up on throttle body

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the correct area to post this question... anyways, so not to long ago I installed a GReddy dry intake system for my 370z, by the way I bought a used 2009 370. Recently I changed my spark plugs and I noticed that there was a good amount of oil build up on my throttle body(s) I'm pretty sure its not normal, at least not this much. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the GReddy intake I purchased, or if it is something else? maybe previous owner negligence?
Thanks for the help!

Its probably normal. Do a search to see how others have cleaned the throttle bodies. You can install a "catch can" in the PCV lines to nearly eliminate this build up

Noob Question, What is the Sole Purpose of an Oil Catch can on an N/A Z and what are the benifits of that?

To catch the oil...

N/A or not you still have some crankcase emissions, this just separates the gasses from the oil.

Question

OP
Woots the mileage on ur Z? Sounds normal if ur Z has over 40k miles and the valve cover breathers are dumping back into the accordion tubes. This is why I dump on the ground. You don't want that Sh1+ gumm'n up ur TBs!
