That should give you enough info to Google what you need to know. I'd start by looking for a pinout of the OBD-to-SG2 cable. If it's nothing but wires, you can order the connectors (standard parts) and raw cable and make it whatever length you need. If you can't find what you need, let me know and I'll see what I can figure out.
My initial thought was to use an OBD splitter and the scangauge cord and frankenstein them together. That way I still have a free OBD port. Is it powered through the OBD port? If that's the case it's easy.
