Fast intentions exhaust with nismo finned differential cover?

will there be any clearance problems with the nismo finned diff cover (38351-350DK) and the fast intentions exhaust? Anyone have both these things installed on their Z?

Based on pictures I've seen it looks pretty close. It's too cold outside to climb under my car now to check, but I was hoping someone already knew this answer.

I hope OP is upgrading the LSD @ the leeest 2 do this mod, maybe Frontier gears even...totally not worth it w/stock set up....

Dropping it for diff bushing install. Totally worth it.
