guy wouldnt smog my car becuase of intake
so ive had my 370z nismo for about a good month now and loving it. In my registration process with the car i went to a local smog shop next to my house. The guy opens the hood and goes "i cant smog it" . I asked why and he said that i have an aftermarket intake. which is the K&n typhoon intake(the car already had the intake installed when i bought it). He was claiming its illegal etc and that he would have to find the confirmation code with the DMV. WTF!!!???
Im so confused has anyone had a problem with there intakes? especially k&n? i though all k&n were legal. dont know what to do?? Or please someone tell me this guy is a dumba!@!#!# |
