Intake Air Temp reading 6°F too high. Is this a problem?

studying the design of the MAF sensor, it looks prone to heat interference. The larger flat sides have an aluminium cover sheet! And i do agree, 6 degrees is not

And i do agree, 6 degrees is not much but 6 deg in the upper temp range could be painful
