is this normal? transmission sound.

It could be possible that your throw out bearing may be worn or going out. I've tried listening to the video at different sound levels and my mind keeps coming

It could be possible that your throw out bearing may be worn or going out. I've tried listening to the video at different sound levels and my mind keeps coming back to the throw out bearing. Do you have any symptoms with the clutch pedal (sticking or spongy)? Trouble engaging or releasing?
