370z manny transmission a fail?

Many people say it lacks the engaging feeling the 350z had and that the shifts don't feel solid. The 370z manual transmission is almost like fake shifting apparently. What do you guys think?

The shifts are not as solid as wrx or evo transmission

feels like a manual tranny to me. the clutch isnt as responsive because of the spring but whatever its still fun to drive
