Press ignition button. 4. Car will lurch forward and fire engine. 5. Rev to around 3K RPM. 6. Pull shifter out of 1st and press toward 2nd gear. 7. Shifter will fall into 2nd gear. Now repeat with 3rd, 4th, etc... 8.
