UPREV Tuned can't pass EMISSIONS

Uprev tuner disabled the DTCs die to not having cats, otherwise DTCs would go off. Once the stock tune is returned, DTCs will be set due to O2 senors reading

Once the stock tune is returned, DTCs will be set due to O2 senors reading high due to no cats, failing again. The only fix is to reinstall the cats, and the stock tune.
