indivisible throttle body

I thought those were largely pointless without a tuned plenum to house them.

Not sure I understand? No plenum is used. You have to tune each ITB to each cylinder.

Meaning, I believe ITB's tend to work better (are easier to tune, yield more consistent idle, throttle response and power) housed within a well designed chamber rather than having each one completely open to the air.

That way you can pipe in cooler air (unless you have them sticking out of the hood), even out airflow, more easily meter airflow, more easily filter, and set up a more stable source of vacuum.

Like this Toda High Power ITB Surge Plenum Honda S2000 F20C AP1 S2K [17110-F20-000] - $1,370.00 : Real Street Performance Engine Parts, Pistons Rods Cams Valvetrain and More

more stable source of vacuum? the plenum would still be before the throttles? vacuum is after the trottlesand if you hooked the map up to the lines they have there while it would still be more susceptible to pulsation it is still a shared reference to all cylinders. i agree the plenum would be nicer for maf and cone filters, and a servo box combined with a box to simulate an inverted referance from the servo spoofed through the ETB wires would let you hook it up to the factory car and run it DBW, maybe they are working on this?
