I'm to the point where the majority of the HP gaining mods I want to do are beyond my capability. Cams are one of those mods, but finding a shop in my area that I trust to do that kind of work has been hard. I've been down to their area for the 2017 Z Nationals, but never to their shop. I may consider going down a week or so before the Z Nationals this year so they can work on my Z, but that will require a lot of planning. How long did it take them, and if you don't mind me asking, what did they charge you?

Before I delve in to shop installed engine mods, I really want to deal with my transmission: Clutch, unsprung hub, lightweight flywheel, new synchros, CSC elim kit, transmission mount and clutch master cylinder. I have all the parts, but not the capability. I have no issues leaving it with them for a few weeks since its not my daily. I just want to take it to a place that will do it right the first time.

Does Z1 video all of their work and dyno runs? It seems odd to me they videoed this car if they didn't know or intend for it to break any records. Yes, they could have gone back and done some of the videos afterwards, but if that's the case, the shots of the cams being replaced couldn't be of the actual car. Just kinda seems weird to me.
