Is this normal?

Did you put in 91+ octane fuel? I've only done 91 (highest I can find reliably) so I don't know if you feel it with lower fuel. I second the

I second the suggestion to turn off VDC.... ...but do so in a controlled environment and see how the car changes its behavior. Just speaking from experience. Be safe!
