However, I do not know for certain, if the 7AT 370Z uses the same differential, so I can't tell you with certainty.

The service manual only indicates two kinds of diffs for the 370Z: R200 (plain) and R200V (VSLD). The only MT/AT difference it notes is the gearing (3.357 AT, 3.692 MT).
