Anyone heard from NST??

So earlier in the week I placed an order for their pulley set but forgot to order the shorter belt. So I immediately emailed them about the belt, but no response. The next day I called probably 15 or 20 times and then again on Wednesday except this time the phone was going straight to voice mail.

It's Friday and I still can't reach them or have yet to hear from them or get an order confirmation, yet my CC has been charged. So I went down to the bank today and disputed the charges and got my money back. I tried giving them money and business but that all just seems a bit sketchy. Anyone else tried them lately?

It's a small company, it usually takes a bit for them to reply, never had to call. I know it took 2 months to get mine in the mail. You can get the belt elsewhere s well. Just search the part number of the belt.

Wow, two months huh... That's crazy! I guess I just got a little spooked when I kept calling and then it started going to voicemail the 2 or 3 following days afterwards.

You have to call after 3PM TX time too! Facebook them too, much faster

I actually just did that so we'll see if I can reach them. I called fom 12pm CST to 6pm. All week and got nothing. I'll keep trying

Yes its a smaller company, it takes several times to get a hold of them. Great product though. I had to wait about 3 weeks for a black set to be made.

If you didn't pay for the belt yet, you can just get it at other auto part stores:

Thanks DIGI..... I actually finally got a reply from them and they informed me that they are out of stock until late May. But that's right about the time the FI exhaust and LTH's come in so that will work out beautifully.
