No, I wouldn't unless it was recommended highly or was proven w/ street vehicle use and the extra cost being "worth" it...same with AMSOIL and their ball bearing test. Last I checked, there aren't any ball bearings in a car engine.
The whole GroupV vs GroupIV...what makes GroupV actually "better"? Personally, I think as long as the oil and filter are changed at the manufacturer's recommended intervals, one could easily put in the cheapest oil that meets the specifications and the engine should be fine. |
