So if i have a Fast Intentions Exhaust Cat back exhaust and Stillen gen 3 cold air intakes and then i get a tune. How much hp and torque gain

So if i have a Fast Intentions Exhaust Cat back exhaust and Stillen gen 3 cold air intakes and then i get a tune. How much hp and torque gain would there be? Is Uprev better than Hplogic?
