The heat range in stock spark plugs is ok, I didn't change them in my Z and a it's ok with 75 shot. Generally, in teory we should change the spark plugs for one step colder, iridium plugs, but those in my Z was the same as in the GTR's, and the heat range was good. Watch out for the clutch, because the torque is big during the shot and I suggest changing the stock clutch for something stronger.
