Update, have heard the noise 3 more times in like 50 starts, always after the car has already been driven that day (I am talkign about the knock- ish noise

Update, have heard the noise 3 more times in like 50 starts, always after the car has already been driven that day (I am talkign about the knock- ish noise at start up). Starts up, then like 3 seconds later I here an odd off beat knocking noise for 3-4 seconds, then nothing. Wonder if its the throw out bearing/something to that nature rattling around?
