My 370z will rise the RPM to UPOVE to 1000RPM. The car will move by it self.

Nothing you've said here seems abnormal

check your intake and manifold. Make sure everything is connected properly and the filters are tight. Had the same issue in my 350 and turned out to be the intake.

Do you have a way to monitor intake temps & water temps?
Seeing where you are, higher intake temps and cause the system to slowly idle higher. I see it now and again when it is 100 degrees here in Texas and I am stuck in rush hour traffic.

My camry idles at around 1800 on startup and around 1000 is normal. Like others have said already this is normal for an automatic transmission.

I will check the stuff you guys mentioned. It is Over 112f, and it really hot those days. it is not normal. Because the idle will rise the idle over 1000RPM. If I keep the car it will shift sometimes to 2gear.
Thanks Guys.

I know what you are talking about , i have the same issue , happing most of the time , its so bad that i can be at stop light with the car in Drive, if i take my foot of the brake the car push forward to 5 mph to 10 mph to 15to 20 .... without me touching the gas pedal. I thought uprev ECU flash will solve it but its still there even after the ECU flash .

I still dont know what could cause this , so I'm trying to live with it .

Is there a local Nissan dealer who can diagnose it?

It could be a number things from a faulty idle sensor or dirty throttle bodies

Yes I did all possible things I could think of , I replaced the TB , MAF sensors , no air leak anywhere. Even recently i replaced the right cylinder head (I had small crack in cylinder #5 ) but it is still there.
I have stillen 3G air intake which I think it couse this when it gets hot .
