SRM question

This happens on the upshift as well. If you upshift and not release the clutch pedal for awhile, the revs will drop and kick back up. What's annoying is that

What's annoying is that sometimes it doesn't maintain the revs quickly enough resulting in a rough engagement. I think it's worse with the A/C running. __________________
