It is completely fine. I run to 8k during some spirited driving and some auto-x stuff and have had ZERO issues. It's just oil.... As long as your using synthetic

It is completely fine. I run to 8k during some spirited driving and some auto-x stuff and have had ZERO issues. It's just oil.... As long as your using synthetic 5w-30 you'll be alright. Too many people over think this. Some people, depending on climate, switch weights too. I have 35k on my Z and I've been using Mobil 1 since probably 10k or so
