Greddy Oil Pan

I would love the extra quart of oil that it adds. it wont make a huge difference with cooling but having the extra oil is never a bad thing. dont

I would love the extra quart of oil that it adds. it wont make a huge difference with cooling but having the extra oil is never a bad thing. dont porche's run 6/7 quarts of oil?

It does make a big difference that quart extra helps dissipate heat my temps so far have not gone over 205deg.

Ah I thought you meant your oil temps were so low just from the oil pan, got me excited for a minute. Though ambient temp always matters as far as cool goes, the issue is just compounded when you add FI to the mix.

You have to have a oil cooler at the very least to control oil temps,it should have been a red flag that Nissan put a oil "temp" gauge,

The reason why the oil temps are high is b/c the oil pan is very shallow so that most of the oil sits up inside the engine block with it being fed heat at a constant basis.
