Don't expect a night and day difference, however.
I changed my transmission fluid to Redline and shifts (warm/cold) feel about the same as the stock fluid

Interesting. After I did my transmission fluid change, my 1st to 2nd shift became much smoother, especially during cold temperatures, when I used to have to karate chop the shifter into 2nd.

well he does live in the bay area, so he probably doesn't experience such cold temps as in NY
