I'm not a big believer in the bottle personally. It's only really applicable to the drag strip and street races. Notwithstanding, I have followed your build and it's fantastic.
You clearly know what you are doing and I am sure it will be great to see the results. However, the OP doesn't seem to have the same knowledge and throwing a hundred shot on his car without proper tuning (i.e. it requires more than a timing change) or a mechanic with relevant experience is likely going to wind up a disaster. The fact that the OP doesn't seem to realize this yet is the reason I say avoid it altogether.
