no traction... at all?

How high do you rev and do you drop the clutch?

What rpm are you coing out of? And what are the weather conditions?

The tires are summer tires on the Nismo, And aren't that great in cold temps.

Most others opt to change to a winter set to avoid the issues the summer tires have.

I'm not even talking about launching. Just mashing the gas pedal

Literally any RPM in first gear - the tires spin once I hit the gas pedal. This is at any temp below 50 degrees farenhiet (just estimating)

If your "mashing" the gas pedal in first in a 370z something is wrong with the car if you CAN get traction. If you are being easy on it you can probably just attribute it to cold summer tires.

The tire will spin easy when its cool or cold out. They like the warmer temps, then they will hook up better.

I think it makes the car feel like it has fifty more pony's.

Put all seasons on when the temps are below about fifty.
