Finally some warm weather!!!

Well finally some warm weather showed up today down here, 53ºF and sunny.

But it got chilly quick around 5pm.

The day is real good and I'm not going to be able to wash the car or cruise. Got to go to my daughter's swim competition and that is all day long event.

Came home from running Sat errands and found the Z peeking out from under her cover -- she must of been feeling that "warmer weather" (although I think I've seen more "winter stuff" forecast for the near future)

Yeah today was the perfect day to take out the brand new Z. I wanted to test its handling, so I took it down some twisting country roads...stuck to the road like glue! I can't wait until it really warms up and this snow is all gone.

Got some more miles logged on the car. Some slush and muck on the road but nothing horrid.

Will probably hit some rural roads next Saturday.

I'm just sad at how quickly the car gets dirty with all the snow melting. I can't wait until we have a good rain that washes away all the crap on the roads. Maybe the rain tomorrow will help out a bit.

I agree -- I finally broke down and got my truck washed yesterday, it already had "melt wash" over most of it by the time I got back to the house - still holdin the "Z in reserve"....<grin>

^^ Yeah, I put my old car up for sale this weekend. Went to the car wash and it was dirty by the time I came home...oh well, somebody bought it anyways
