Losing Power

New to Manual Transmission and sadly my Z didn't have the syncro. I been driving ok, but took her out on a run to see how fast she can go.

I been driving ok, but took her out on a run to see how fast she can go. Ever since I feel like I lost some power. When moving at 20mph Im at 4000rpm in 1st gear, 30mph, 3500rpm in 2nd and 40mph, 3500rpm when in 3rd. I'm just wondering if this is right. I aplogize for being such a noob
