370Z engine block same as GT-R?

Hi, When I purchased my 370Z a few days ago, the dealer told me it's the same engine block as the GT-R, but fitter with 2 turbos in the GT-R.

Default 370Z engine block same as GT-R?

Hi,

When I purchased my 370Z a few days ago, the dealer told me it's the same engine block as the GT-R, but fitter with 2 turbos in the GT-R. That definitely didn't make me buy it, but I was just wondering if this was true?!
Any other technical relations between the 370Z and GT-R?
Thanks!
